Once the order is shipped, the customer receives an email with the shipment number and a link to track it (tracking number).

The average delivery time is about 5–10 business days, depending on the delivery address.

Please note that delivery times may be extended during holiday periods, increased order volumes, or due to customs procedures beyond our control.
Shipping Method and Origin of Goods

All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China.

In some cases, customs duties or import taxes may be applied to the shipment according to the regulations of the destination country.

Such fees are the responsibility of the customer – they are not included in the product price or shipping costs.

Responsibility Upon Delivery

If tracking information confirms that the shipment was delivered to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

The customer is required to verify the accuracy of the delivery address when placing the order.

Any address errors must be reported within 1 hour of placing the order.
