2. Product Information
Lumiere & Lace Toronto makes every effort to ensure that the products displayed on the site and their descriptions are up-to-date and accurate.
However, printing errors, minor inaccuracies, or differences in color and appearance may occur — resulting, among other things, from monitor settings or the production process.
Lumiere & Lace Toronto is not responsible for minor differences between the photo and the actual product.
3. Orders and Payments

4. Order Processing and Delivery

Lumiere & Lace Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, the carrier, or other factors beyond our control.
If the shipment is not delivered due to an incorrectly provided address, the customer bears the cost of reshipping.
5. Returns and Order Cancellation
The conditions for returns and order cancellations are specified in a separate document "Return Policy" (Retourbeleid).
We recommend reviewing it before placing an order.
6. Liability
Lumiere & Lace Toronto is not responsible for loss or damage to the shipment during transport if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data provided when placing the order.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Lumiere & Lace Toronto website (texts, photos, logos, graphic elements, and other materials) is the property of Lumiere & Lace Toronto and is protected by copyright.
Without written consent from Lumiere & Lace Toronto, this content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes.
